Borough Title 24 applies in Talkeetna. Inside Denali State Park the state rule applies: a leash no longer than nine feet in developed facilities, leashed in trailhead parking lots, and under control on trails and in the backcountry.

There is no designated off leash area in Talkeetna itself, so any off leash work here happens on your own property or at a designated area elsewhere in the metro.
